In support of Tony Stewart’s comments on Goodyear tires, I myself belong to the oldest speedway in Michigan , Whittemore Speedway,it is a 1/4 mile track started out Dirt but is now Black-top with a banking similar to Datona on somewhat smaller scale, that being told, What is wrong with going to Hoosier’s on the short tracks?

Since NASCAR wants to keep the teams from making changes to the chassis and engine, then they should make the Sprint Cup and Nationwide series spec series and produce the cars and the teams would provide the drivers. It seems logical since it seems NASCAR is heading in that direction.
